My name is Jenniver Haimé (LL.M.), Founder of Be@vised Legal & Management Services.
After more than 17 years of experience as Legal Counsel and Manager of a Legal Department, I decided to pursue a new path and establish my own consultancy practice. In 2022, I founded Be@vised!, a consultancy dedicated to providing high-quality legal and management services.
Drawing on nearly two decades of corporate experience, our mission is to deliver practical, strategic, and accessible legal support.
Over the past years, Be@vised! has been involved in a range of professional assignments, including:
- Supporting the legal department of a telecommunications group on legal and regulatory matters for Aruba, Bonaire & Curacao as an external in-house legal counsel.
- Assisting with HR-related projects for an insurance group, including participating as a member of the negotiation team for a collective labor agreement.
- Supporting a boutique law firm in legal review and analysis of a collective labor agreement, helping identify key legal issues and considerations.
These experiences reflect our commitment to delivering practical, solution-oriented support in complex professional environments.
